SUMMARY

Areas of Responsibility include: 
Daily Work Orders
Communications
Maintain Relationships
Expand Service Line
Maintain Mowing Equipment

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Oversight of Landscape Schedule 

  1. Maintain customer’s property
    • Prep property for work order 
    • Perform work based on work order specifications
    • Clean up after work is finished
    • Tools/Equipment availability for each job
  2. Ensure efficient execution of each customer’s property, includes:
    • Review work order and comply with special instructions
    • Arrange appropriate equipment and make sure in working order 
    • Confirms all aspects of work order is satisfied
  3. Daily Reporting:
    • Turn in work orders
    • Reschedule any job you couldn’t get to
    • Reconcile work orders to make sure none are lost.

COMMUNICATIONS

  1. Maintain communications with customers
    • Call logs
    • Call aheads
    • Rescheduling
  2. Maintain communications with Office and Sales
    • Provide work orders of all jobs that have been completed
    • Provide list of customers who need rescheduled
  3. Maintain communications with landscape manager
    • Provide daily schedule of jobs that have been done 
    • Any/all required communication

MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS

  1. Customers

EXPAND SERVICE LINE

  1. Develop new services, programs
  2. Supports Sales process

Qualifications/Requirements

Education/Licenses

  • Driver’s license
  • Preferred Highschool diploma
  • DOT Physical (if required)

Experience

  • Subject Expertise: Awareness of Lawncare protocols and equipment
  • Statutory Expertise: Awareness of local, state, and federal regulations and procedures
  • Commercial & Residential: One to Two years experience

  • Excellent Communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (tact/diplomacy, friendly, positive attitude)
  • Strong customer relations skills (build rapport and confidence)

  • Awareness of lawn care and equipment
